Crew Records
Additional Crew Requirement Conditions
The setup form has been reorganized for better visibility, with all requirement conditions now located at the bottom. We have also introduced a new Age Condition, allowing you to target requirements specifically for crew members older or younger than a defined age.

Integrations
Avinode Flight Sync
The first (and most important) phase of the Avinode integration is complete. One or multiple Avinode integration configurations can be added, and flight and aircraft events will automatically sync to Avinode. The integration syncs automatically every 5 minutes for the relevant aircraft, but users have the ability to manually force it to sync from the quick actions buttons on the integration setup.
Gmail Integrations
Users with Google Workspace can now send system emails directly through their own accounts. To get started, navigate to Settings > Email Provider Configuration for setup instructions.
Legacy Integration Connection Migration
We have migrated CAMP, FlightBridge, FuelerLinx, and Traxxall to our new integration model. These integrations now support multiple connections per account, providing greater flexibility for complex operations.
Traxxall Maintenance Item Notes
Notes attached to maintenance items in Traxxall now sync directly to Horizon for improved visibility.
Vocus Flight Risk Integration
For customers that use the Vocus FlightRisk tool, the integration to sync flights/aircraft/crew/duty periods and pull back risk items has been completed. Once configured, as changes are made, these records will sync over to Vocus, and once a new risk assessment is available for a flight, all relevant risk items will display in the alerts section of the trip.
Operations/Scheduling
Aircraft Maintenance Event Roles
We’ve added a new Aircraft_MXEvent component to User Roles. This allows administrators to grant specific permissions for managing maintenance events separately from standard aircraft events (like notes or reserved blocks).
APIS FBO Address
When submitting APIS, you can now pull the FBO address directly from the flight leg to satisfy US/Home address requirements, reducing manual data entry.

Flight Following Notifications
A new system type has been added to the drop down when configuring Groups Types from System > Person called Flight Following. If a person has a group added to their profile with this system type applied, when they are added to the trip persons area, an aircraft they are directly linked to is flying or an account they are directly linked to is flying, they will received emails for departures and arrivals. These emails will be sent through the company email setup (Microsoft or Gmail), and will show in the messages area of the trip once sent.
Flight Tracking Map
A flight tracking map has been added to a few areas of the system. When expanding the Flight Tracking section on a flight from within a trip, a map will be displayed with the flight path/position of the aircraft for that specific flight. In addition, a new fleet-wide map is accessible from the main Flight search page which shows the information for all flights enroute.
Multiple Certificate Support
Continuing our feature rollout for muti-certificate support, additional restrictions have been added when enabled.
- Aircraft Assignment Alert - If a flight is assigned to an aircraft on a certificate and a user changes the assignment to a tail number not on their certificate, they will receive an alert notifying them of the mismatch to avoid accidental changes.
- Crew Assignment Limitation - Crew will not display to add to a flight on an aircraft that is on a different certificate.
- Flight Log Restrictions - Flight logs edits are locked down on flights for aircraft that is on a different certificate than the logged in user.
- Aircraft and Person Visibility Restrictions - If a user will not be able to view/update any information for aircraft or crew profiles on a different certificate.
- Certificate Specific Maintenance Buffers - When setting up maintenance buffers under System > Maintenance, one or multiple certificates can be applied to them so they only target aircraft on those certificates. If certificates is left blank, it will apply to all aircraft.
Flight Search Updates
Various updates have been made to the flight search to strengthen its usage as one of the key operations views.
- Additional columns
- Alert counts - A column has been added to display the number of alerts for each severity level on the flight
- Flight Tracking Status - The flight tracking status was added (ex. Departed, Arrived)
- Flight Log Status - In order to better visualize the post flight process, users can now see the status of the logged flight (Logged, Verified or Amended)
- Flight Status Color Bar - A color bar has been added at the beginning of the flight row to easily identify the status of the leg without adding the full status column which takes up more room.
- Est vs Act variation - Once a flight departs and arrives, this column will display how many minutes it departed and arrived early or late.
- Flight Log/Flight Tracking Widgets - When expanding the flight from the search page, the flight log section is now available and the new flight tracking section.
- Real-Time Flight Tracking Progress Bar - The flight tracking column has been updated to show real-time progress and time to arrival. The color of the bar is driven from the tracking status colors setup by the organization.
In addition to popups for Notes added to a trip that are marked as Critical severity, notes that relate to records on the trip (ex. notes for accounts on the trip, aircraft on the flights, airports in the itinerary) that are marked as Critical will also popup when a trip is loaded.
Trip Service/Task Automation
An addition System Category has been added when adding service/task types under System > Service Task called Task. This will allow users to create new types for non-service related items. In addition, service task templates can be configured to automatically generate tasks/services on a flight or trip (if they don't apply to any specific legs).
Sales
Airport Service Fee Condition
You can now trigger specific fees based on the FBO selected. For example, if landing fees differ between Signature and Atlantic at the same airport, the system will now apply the correct fee automatically based on the service used.
Copy Quote
Quickly duplicate existing quotes within a trip. This feature copies all quote details to a new record, allowing for rapid iterations and adjustments.
