Schedule
Crew Activity Entry
Based on user a users permissions, they will now have the ability to create/update activities. The activity types that will be available to enter are based on the types that have View selected in the web application. Events created via mobile that require approval will automatically submit with the status of requested.
Visual Indicator For Duty and Flight Time Overages
On Duty Period cards from the schedule, if the duty time or flight time exceeds the max limit, it will be highlighted in red to better surface violations to users.
Jump to Today Refinement
Instead of jumping to the current date whenever a user navigates to the Schedule page, it will only do this the first time the application loads or if they return to the calendar from one of the flyout menus (ex. Settings, Sync Logs, etc)
Flight Log
Weight and Balance Entry
A new pre-flight tab has been added to the flight detail page which includes the weight and balance fields for operators that require their crews to enter this information.
Trip/Leg Note Entry
Based on user a users permissions, they will now have the ability to create/update trip and leg notes on the flight.
VOR Check Expiration Date
If operators capture VOR checks in the system, the date of the expiration of the check will display in the Aircraft details section on the flight.
Passenger Boarding/Status
Based on user a users permissions, crew will be able to update the status of passengers individually or in bulk including Boarded, No Show, etc.
Departure/Arrival Delay and Diversions
The Departure and Arrival delay as well as the diversion sections have been above and below the OOOI time fields to better align with the flow of entry.
The flight header has been updated to remain affixed to the top of the flight pages to ensure crew are able to see the information regardless of their scroll position.
Default Hobbs/APU End Times
For aircraft that track Hobbs or API Meters, the end times will now auto-set to the start times to allow for easier entry.
Fuel Out Default Based On Previous Log
If the Fuel In is entered for the most recent verified log on the aircraft, the Fuel Out will default to the same value.
Removed Arrival Date
The Arrival Date field has been removed from the OOOI section to save space as the system is smart enough to know if the IN time crosses over to the following day.
Warning If Takeoff or Landing Are At Night But No Night Hours Are Logged
If there are no night hours logged on the flight (the system will automatically calculate these times), but there are no takeoff or night landings, a warning will be displayed to avoid incorrect data entry.
Baldwin FRAT
For customers that use the Baldwin system for FRAT, when enabled, the option will be displayed to allow the crew to submit/view the FRAT directly in the mobile app.
General
Time Entry Defaults
In the flyout menu, a new Settings area has been added. The first setting that has been added to this page is for Time Entry preference which can be set to either wheel or keypad. If wheel is selected, all time entry fields will use the standard fly wheel control, but if keypad is used, the entry will allow crew to manually type in a time.
Various performance improvements have been made to speed up sync speeds and switching between screens including the flight pages.
