The Schedule menu in Horizon provides users with quick access to tools and views related to aircraft, crew, and trip scheduling. These options are designed to streamline flight operations by centralizing schedule management in one location.

When you hover over Schedule on the top navigation bar, a dropdown menu appears with the following options:

Aircraft & Trips

This view provides a comprehensive scheduling overview that includes Aircraft, Crew & Trips.

  • Displays the assignment of aircraft to scheduled trips.

  • Allows users to visualize availability, upcoming flights, and operational timelines.

  • Useful for dispatchers or operations personnel who need a complete picture of flight activity and aircraft utilization.
