In the displayed example for Week of October 12, 2025:
The Aircraft view shows the entire fleet vertically (e.g., N123DR, N70OPC, NNDUND).
Each row represents one aircraft’s operational schedule.
Red-striped bars indicate maintenance or grounding events across several aircraft.
NNDUND (G550) has a scheduled charter leg on Sunday, October 12 (Trip 1178-1, KIAH → KFLL).
Use Aircraft & Crew view for a combined display of assigned pilots and aircraft.
Switch to Crew view to manage personnel rotation and availability.
Use UTC/Local toggle at the top right to align with operational time zone preference.
Always refresh the calendar after making changes in Trips or Legs modules to ensure updates appear.
Maintenance blocks are system-controlled; contact Maintenance Control before editing.
Keep the Week view as default for balanced visibility of fleet and schedule.
Use color indicators to spot potential scheduling conflicts or maintenance overlaps.
Before releasing a trip, verify that the aircraft is not restricted by a red-striped maintenance event.
Dispatchers should cross-reference crew assignments using the Aircraft & Crew calendar prior to publishing a flight schedule.
