The Aircraft & Crew calendar view combines two essential perspectives:
Aircraft Activity: Displays flight legs, trips, and positioning events for each aircraft.
Crew Assignments: Shows the corresponding flight crew and duty events aligned with the aircraft schedule.
This combined layout provides a synchronized operational picture, helping schedulers quickly verify who is assigned to which flight and when, while also tracking aircraft readiness and utilization.
From the top navigation bar:
Go to Schedule.
Hover over Calendar.
Select Aircraft & Crew from the dropdown menu.
You’ll see aircraft listed at the top of the schedule and crew members listed below.
💡 Tip: This view is ideal for daily flight coordination and reviewing crew duty alignment with planned aircraft movements.

The Aircraft & Crew layout aligns the aircraft activity directly above the corresponding crew member timelines.
This helps operations staff:
Identify crew assigned to specific aircraft or trips.
Check for duty conflicts or overlapping schedules.
Verify coverage gaps (e.g., aircraft with no assigned crew).
Ensure compliance with rest period requirements and crew pairing standards.
Locate the desired aircraft trip bar (e.g., 1174-2 Charter).
Find an available crew member below.
Right-click or open the trip details to assign the crew.
Confirm that the assigned bar appears in the crew row.
Look for blank rows or unassigned timelines under a crew member’s name.
Verify that there are no conflicting duty or leave entries.
Assign available crew to upcoming aircraft legs as needed.
Review blue Vacation or Training bars under each crew name.
Avoid assigning trips during those blocked periods.
Hover and click to open a snapshot which will allow to confirm the start and end times of the leave.
Use Week View for short-term planning; 2-Week View for upcoming trip coverage.
Keep Auto Refresh turned on during active operations days.
Color-code duty types consistently (vacation, training, active duty) for clarity.
Always confirm local vs. UTC time zone before dispatch or crew assignment.
Update crew training and certifications regularly to prevent assignment errors.
