Overview

The Calendar view is one of the most powerful tools in Horizon for flight operations and dispatch teams. It displays all scheduled flights, charters, and maintenance events across the fleet in a timeline format. Each aircraft row shows current location, status, and upcoming trips, enabling real-time visibility into resource utilization.

In this view, you can:

  • See upcoming trips by aircraft or operator.

  • View flight legs and trip details by date.

  • Toggle between UTC and local time.

  • Filter by aircraft, crew, or trip type.

Accessing the Calendar

From the top navigation menu:

  1. Hover over Calendar.

  2. Choose one of the following views:

    • Aircraft & Trips – Shows aircraft and linked trips.

    • Aircraft & Crew – Displays aircraft schedules with crew assignments.

    • Aircraft – Aircraft schedules only.

    • Crew – Crew duty assignments and availability.

    • Trips – Trip-based timeline with associated aircraft.

Tip: Most schedulers use Aircraft & Trips or Aircraft & Crew for daily operations.
