From the Horizon main menu bar, go to Calendar.
Hover over the Calendar dropdown menu.
Select Crew from the available view options.

The Crew Calendar displays each crew member’s schedule in a row-by-row format. It provides visibility of:
Assigned flights and duties
Crew pairings and trip assignments
Duty and flight time calculations
Time off, vacations, and other scheduled absences
| Left Column – Crew List | Displays each crew member’s name, role, and home base. Additional details include aircraft type ratings and positions (PIC, SIC, FA). |
| Top Header – Date Range | Shows the selected range of dates (e.g., 3-Day, 5-Day, Week, 2-Week, or Month). Adjust using the view buttons on the upper right. |
| Center Grid – Schedule Timeline | Displays each crew member’s assigned activities, flights, or absences for the selected time period. |
| Duty Period Blocks | Green or gray boxes represent active flight duty periods with total duty and flight times displayed. |
| Trip Assignments | Blue or teal bars indicate assigned trip segments. Hovering over a trip displays trip ID, route, and captain/pilot pairings. |
| Vacation or Absence | Purple or blue bars indicate personal time, vacation, or leave. |

The Crew Calendar shows multiple crewmembers including:
Pam Beesley (Flight Attendant) – based at KIAH, assigned to G550 aircraft.
Jim Halpert (Pilot) – assigned to Trip 1178-1 Charter (KIAH → KFLL) on October 12.
Emma O’Neill (Pilot) – paired with Jim Halpert on the same leg, duty period logged from 10/11 23:00 – 10/12 03:48 (FT: 3:18).
Michael Scott (Pilot) – scheduled vacation from October 14–17.
Each duty block includes start and end times, total duty time (DT), and flight time (FT).

Hovering over each block provides tooltips with detailed information, such as:
Trip ID and route (e.g., 1178-1 Charter KIAH–KFLL)
Duty start/end time
Flight time (FT) and duty time (DT) totals
Assigned crew pairing
Scheduling View:
Quickly identify which crew members are on duty, on vacation, or available for assignment.
Crew Pairing:
Ensure pilots and flight attendants are properly matched to assigned aircraft and trips.
Duty and Flight Time Monitoring:
Use the displayed duty (DT) and flight (FT) times to confirm compliance with duty time limits.
Leave Management:
Track personal days, vacation, or training events across the operation.
Always verify the UTC/Local toggle before entering or reviewing times.
Use the Week view for operational scheduling; use 2-Week view for planning or forecasting crew rotations.
Hover over blocks for quick trip detail verification instead of opening each leg individually.
Regularly Refresh the calendar after assigning new trips or updating crew rosters to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with the Dispatch or Crew Scheduling team before modifying existing crew duty blocks.
