Schedule Filter Settings

User Guide for Customizing the Schedule View

The Schedule Filter Settings panel allows users to filter what appears on the main schedule page for trips, crewmembers, and aircraft. Use this tool to customize your operational view for better focus and clarity.




🔍 Overview of Filter Sections

The screen is divided into four main columns, each filtering a different area of the schedule:

CREWMEMBERSCustomize which crew appear based on group, location, or activity
PRIMARY AIRCRAFTMain aircraft to be shown on the schedule
SECONDARY AIRCRAFTAdditional aircraft to show as context or backup




🔧 Filter Options (Left to Right)

✈️ TRIPS

  • Legs / Flights: Toggle which trip data to include.

  • Trip Status: Filter by trip status (e.g., Scheduled, Completed).

  • Mission Types / Contract Types: Limit to specific operational categories.

  • Tags + Logic: Add one or more tags and determine if ALL ("And") or ANY ("Or") tags must match.


👨‍✈️ CREWMEMBERS

  • Rotations / Duty Periods / Activities / Legs: Choose which types of crew schedule data to display.

  • Organizations: Filter crew by assigned organization. This can also be used to better support segregation by certificate

  • Crew Groups: Limit display to specific crew groupings.

  • Qualifications / Airports: Filter crew by certifications or home bases.

  • Tags + Logic: Filter by crew tags with AND/OR logic.

  • Sort Order: Choose how to sort crew (e.g., by name, base, rank).


🛫 PRIMARY AIRCRAFT

  • Events / Maintenance / Legs: Select data types to show for primary aircraft.

  • Organizations / Aircraft Groups: Filter by owner or operational type (Charter, Fractional, Managed). This can also be used to better support segregation by certificate

  • Aircraft Models / Airports: Refine by type or location.

  • Owner Types / Mission Types / Tags: Filter specific operational needs.

  • Sort Order: Define how aircraft should be sorted on the schedule.


✈️ SECONDARY AIRCRAFT

Functions the same as Primary Aircraft, but used for optional side-by-side visibility. This is useful for comparison or supplemental planning.


📅 # of Days Selector

Choose the timeframe for the schedule view:

  • 12 Hour, Day, 3 Day, 5 Day, Week, 2 Week, Month

This controls how far into the future/past the schedule should display.


🏠 Home Base & Inactive Date

  • Home Base Airport: Filters schedule to show activity related to a selected base.

  • Inactive Date: Temporarily hide trips or aircraft active after a certain date.


✅ Saving Your Filters

Click Save to apply your filter settings to the schedule view.
Click Cancel to discard changes and exit the panel.
