To access the integration settings:
Navigate to:
More > System > System Configuration > Integrations
Scroll down and locate FlightBridge.
Base URL / Base App URL
These are primarily for test vs. production environments. You do not need to edit these unless instructed by support.
Operator Code
This code is provided by FlightBridge and is required to identify which operator account Horizon will send data to.
Auto Sync Flights (Recommended: Enabled)
When enabled, all new and edited flights will automatically sync to FlightBridge.
If disabled, flights must be synced manually (not recommended in production).
Manual Order Sync (Testing Only)
You can manually enter an order number to trigger a sync. Primarily used for internal or testing purposes.
Deferred Messages (Deprecated)
Originally used for syncing delayed messages during outages. This will likely be removed in future versions.
Open a Trip in Horizon.
Within FlightBridge:
Place orders such as catering, ground transportation, etc.
After ordering, return to the Trip > Flights > Services section in Horizon.
Service Summary: Populated from FlightBridge with order details.
Status: Updates automatically based on messages received from FlightBridge.

To make changes to an existing service:
Edit the order directly in FlightBridge.
Updates will automatically sync back into Horizon.
Keep Auto Sync enabled to streamline operations.
Use FlightBridge Order Services from within a trip to save time and avoid duplicate entries.
Always make edits in FlightBridge; do not attempt to modify synced service data directly in Horizon.
