An Organization structure is best utilized when a single overall entity needs to manage multiple distinct, reporting, or legally separate sub-entities within a centralized system. A simple Account is typically sufficient for a single business unit or individual user.
In short, choose an Org when you need a hierarchical structure to manage, report on, or grant centralized access to multiple, separate operational or legal Accounts.
