Quick Guide: Adding an Account

Adding an Account


In the Account Page, click on the + Account button. This will display a blank Account page to enter new Account information.
* items (Name, Number) are mandatory. Entering an Organization, while not mandatory is considered a best practice.
1. Enter a Name for your Account
2. Choose an Organization 
3. Enter a alphanumeric designator for your Account
4. Choose an appropriate Account status.  
5. Select High Awareness if applicable
      High Awareness allows filtering for certain accounts.

If no contracts will be used with this account, users can designate certain defaults in this area. If contracts are to be used with this account, the defaults area can be left blank.
1. Select appropriate default mission type for this account.
2. Select appropriate default trip type for this account.
3. Select appropriate default Leg Type for this account.
4. Select appropriate Tags for this account if applicable.

Click "Save" in the upper right area of the screen. This establishes the New Account in the Horizon system and opens up further options.

Further information will become available once the new Account is saved.
Contracts: See a list of Contracts associated with this Account. See our article on Contracts. 
Documents: Allows for viewing, adding, removal of documents associated with the Account.
Notes: See our article on Notes. 
Trips: This area lists the trips the Account has flown
Audit Logs: Audit trail for the Account
