Quick Guide: Creating a Trip from the Aircraft Schedule
This guide outlines the steps to create a new trip directly from the Aircraft Schedule.
1. Initiate New Trip:
- Left-click on the column representing the day you wish to schedule the trip.
- Locate the "New Trip" section.

(Note: If the "New Trip" section is collapsed, click the down arrow to expand it and reveal the data entry fields.)
New Trip:
2. Enter Trip Details:
Contract (if the account has an existing contract, this will be a required field).- Scroll to Create the Itinerary
- From the radial buttons, choose if you would like to this itinerary to be generated for a quote, leg, or directly to flight, and choose the Add Leg Button.
