From the Horizon top navigation bar, go to More → System → Country and State.
The Country and State Configuration page displays several related configuration sections:

Use the + Add, Edit (✏️), Delete (🗑️), and Export to Excel actions to maintain configuration records.
Defines standardized country and state data that can be referenced across other modules (e.g., Accounts, Airports, and Flight Operations).
