The Flight Search Page allows users to view, filter, and organize flight records in a customizable table format. Users can group, reorder, and select columns to tailor the view to their workflow.
➡️ Navigate to the Flights section from the top navigation bar
➡️ Use the search panel and table view to find and manage flights
Users can group flights by one or more columns to organize data into logical sections.
To group flights:
Drag a column header into the grouping bar above the table
Example: Group by Departure Date, then by Aircraft Type
Choose which columns appear in your table view.
To select columns:
Use the table settings icon or the column’s three-dot menu
Check or uncheck columns from the list
Rearrange the order of visible columns by clicking and dragging them in the table header.
This helps prioritize information that’s most important to your workflow.
In addition to standard flight data (departure, arrival, aircraft, etc.), the following fields are also available in the column selector:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Operator | Displays the organization associated with the aircraft |
| Crew | Shows crew member initials with visual status indicators: • Gray = Briefing not sent • Red = Sent but not acknowledged • Green = Acknowledged |
| Flight Tracking | Shows a progress bar based on scheduled departure and arrival times (Will reflect real-time data when available) |
Use grouping to manage flights by base, aircraft type, or mission
Save time by showing only the fields you need
