📌 Overview

The Flight Search Page allows users to view, filter, and organize flight records in a customizable table format. Users can group, reorder, and select columns to tailor the view to their workflow. 


🔍 Accessing the Flight Search Page

➡️ Navigate to the Flights section from the top navigation bar
➡️ Use the search panel and table view to find and manage flights


🧭 Table Customization Features

🧩 Grouping Flights

Users can group flights by one or more columns to organize data into logical sections.

To group flights:

  • Drag a column header into the grouping bar above the table

  

  • Or click the three-dot menu on a column and select Group by this column


Example: Group by Departure Date, then by Aircraft Type

📑 Column Selection

Choose which columns appear in your table view.
To select columns:

  • Use the table settings icon or the column’s three-dot menu

  • Check or uncheck columns from the list

            


↕️ Column Ordering

Rearrange the order of visible columns by clicking and dragging them in the table header.
This helps prioritize information that’s most important to your workflow.



📊 Available Data Columns

In addition to standard flight data (departure, arrival, aircraft, etc.), the following fields are also available in the column selector:

ColumnDescription
OperatorDisplays the organization associated with the aircraft
CrewShows crew member initials with visual status indicators:
• Gray = Briefing not sent
• Red = Sent but not acknowledged
• Green = Acknowledged
Flight TrackingShows a progress bar based on scheduled departure and arrival times
(Will reflect real-time data when available)

  • Use grouping to manage flights by base, aircraft type, or mission

  • Save time by showing only the fields you need
