Quote Search Page

📌 Overview

The Quote Search Page allows users to quickly locate, review, and edit quotes within a centralized workspace. Each quote is displayed in a table with expandable rows for inline viewing and updates—reducing the need to navigate to separate pages.

🔍 Accessing the Page

To access the Quote Search Page:

➡️ Navigate to the top menu bar and select Quotes

🎯 Key Features

🔎 Search Filters

Use the filters on the left-hand side to narrow results by:

  • Account

  • Aircraft & Model

  • Airports

  • Invoice Status

  • Quote Status

  • Trip Status & Type

Click Apply / Refresh to update results.

📂 Quote Details

Click the + icon to expand any quote and view key details, including:

  • Description

  • Mission Type

  • Reason Not Booked

  • Notes

  • Alerts (Airport Slots, Approvals, Ops Notes)

This view allows for quick edits without opening the full quote record.

📊 Alerts Section

Each quote may include categorized alerts, such as:

  • Airport Slots

  • Approval Needed

  • Ops Note

Click Expand under “Alerts” to view more details per category.

🔐 User Permissions

Access to search, view, or modify quote data is controlled by user role permissions. If a specific function is unavailable, contact your Horizon system administrator.
