Visual Indicator For Legs Entered In The Past and Future

If a user enters a flight or leg on a trip that is in the past or one that is more than a year in the future, it will highlight the date to alert the user (red for legs in the past and blue for legs to far into the future).

Passenger Details Display

Underneath a passengers name on flights and legs, it now displays their gender, date of birth, height and weight (if entered) without having to expand to see the detail view.

Schedule FBO Mismatch Indicator

If two subsequent flights on the same aircraft have matching airports, but the FBOs do not match up, an orange line will now display between them. A red line will continue to display as it does currently if the airports mismatch.

Duty/Event Brief/Release Email Templates

New message types have been added for Activity Release, Duty Period Brief, Duty Period Release. Separate default message templates can be configured for each (in addition to Activity Brief which was already in the system). If there is no template setup for Activity Release, it will fall back on the one for Activity Brief. If Duty Period Brief is not setup, it will fall back on Activity Brief. Finally, if no Duty Period Release is setup, it will fall back based on the following (Activity Release > Duty Period Brief > Activity Brief)

Maintenance

Maintenance Event Default Times

For maintenance events created from the aircraft profile, the start date now defaults to the current date/time.

Fly On Maintenance Type

A new maintenance System Type has been added called Fly On. Once setup, this can be used when creating new maintenance items.

APU Hour Display Update

APU hours now only display out to the first decimal place in the system.

Maintenance Event Alert Severity Updates

All maintenance events are now considered stops in the alerts section. In addition, only maintenance personnel are able to override these alerts.

Leg Minimum Calculation

Fees can now have Leg Minimums added to them for charter quoting. Users are able to setup Minimum Quantity, Cost and Type (Leg is the one that is currently supported). Once a minimum is added, custom Minimum Rates can be applied by Tail Number, Aircraft Groups/Models, Airports, States or Countries.

General

Custom Header Colors

The header colors can now be customized for an organization in the production or UAT environment System Configuration > System tab. The attributes that can be controlled are Header Colors (including the hover state and active tab) as well as the font color. This is system wide, and not user-specific.

Phone Number Prefix Label Update

The column header for the Prefix column in the phone number section of Contacts has been updated to say Intl Prefix to provide more clarity.
