Operations/Scheduling

Directly Assigned Crew Filter

If crew are directly assigned to an aircraft, users are able to filter down to those specific people when crewing a flight.

Requirement Vendor

When entering in completion information for a requirement, a new field is available to capture which vendor did the training (limited to organization types of Vendor)

Routing Details On Account Trips View

When viewing trips on an account profile, the routing is displayed without having to open the full trip record.

Schedule Display Of Rest End Times

When viewing crew duty periods on the schedule, the minimum rest end time in UTC and local are displayed below the required rest.

Aircraft Event Border Display Updates

The type of aircraft event is no longer represented visually on the schedule based on a background pattern, but rather using the border. Scheduled maintenance events have a dashed red border, non-scheduled have a solid red border, reserved has a solid gray border, and notes do not have a border

Trip Leg Border Display Update

The border for unscheduled trips has been updated to a red color to help it stand out to the user.

Aircraft Event and Flight/Leg Cancel and Delete Improvements

The delete button on aircraft events has been changed to a red color to better indicate to the user that this is a remove action. In addition, when a user clicks delete on the event, it will show them a prompt

When viewing flight or leg details in a trip, the cancel button has been updated to be red and the language now says "Cancel Flight" or "Cancel Leg". In addition, when deleting a flight or leg, the user will also receive a prompt asking if they are sure they want to take the action

Day/Night Takeoff and Landing Auto-Calculation and Warning on Web

The flight log automatically allocates the takeoff and landing count to day or night as users enter the OFF and ON times based on whether they were during the day or night. If a night takeoff or landing is logged but there are no night hours, a warning will be displayed.

Trip Audit Log Improvements

Flight log submissions and updates from the crew mobile app now create an audit log record in the trip.

Maintenance

Maintenance Table Sort Improvements

The sort functionality has been improved on the Maintenance table in the aircraft profile. The radio buttons previously used to sort are no longer there and there is a sort drop down where a user can select which column they want to sort on along with a button to change between sorting ascending or descending. In addition,  new column has been added at the end of the table to show if the item includes grace or not

Sales

Short Leg Fee Setup

Additional conditions are available when adding fee rates to a fee in the system configuration to allow short leg fees based on distance and time.

General

User Employment Type Selection

A users employment type can be selected on their profile to indicate if they are considered full-time, part-time or contract. This information will be transmitted to ARG/US and Wyvern once those integrations are completed.

Within an organization record, there is a new section for Related Orgs is available to link other organizations to it. This is helpful when you have a parent organization (ex. FlightSafety International) and you want to relate other organizations to it (ex. each location that they have).

NOTE: There is a new user role component called Org_RelatedOrg which has to be applied to users who should be able to create/update these associations.
