API

GET Airports

New API endpoint to pull basic airport data by airport code (ICAO, IATA or FAA)

GET Contract Usage

New API endpoint to pull usage associated to a specific account contract by Contract Types, Contract Numbers, Contract IDs, Start Date/End Date and Last Updated Date

GET Crew Schedules

New API endpoint to pull crew schedules (including Activities, Flights and Rotations) all from one call by Start/End Date, Crew IDs and Event Type. Based on the data volume that could be present, the results are limited to a 90 day date range.

POST Passengers

New API endpoint to add passengers to a flight leg. If passenger details are passed in for passengers already on the leg, it will skip them and not cause duplicates.

Webhook Parent Record Information

For webhook payloads, the parent record type and parent record ID is now included. This will allow for integrations to link specific changes (ex. passengers added to a flight) to the flight it was added to.

General

Contract Configurations

Multiple updates are available to to better control display and usage of account contracts.
  1. Under the System settings page, there is a Defaults field to control what information about contracts display for drop downs and search pages (by Number or Aircraft). If Aircraft is selected, it will honor the value selected under Defaults > Aircraft Format on what do display
  2. Under System > Accounts, when configuring Contract Types, a new setting is available for "Do Not Set Trip Aircraft". When this is enabled, even if a contract has a specific tail associated to it, it will not automatically select that aircraft on the trip when creating.
  3. Under System > Mission, when configuring Mission Types, a new setting is available for "Trip Sets Leg Aircraft". The options to select are Flights, Legs and Flights/Legs. Based on this selection, when the aircraft on the main trip header changes, it will automatically update the flights and/or legs to the same aircraft. If it is left blank, it will leave the aircraft on the flights/legs as the aircraft previously selected.

Frozen Table Headers

All tables in the application have been update to support Frozen Headers. This will ensure if there is a long table, and you scroll down the page, you will still be able to see the header values as you scroll.

Search Page Updates

The Quote and Activities search pages have been updated to support the standard functions that the other table search pages have (column grouping, re-ordering and visibility toggles). In addition, the Account search page has been converted from the card based display to our standard table based display with the same standard column customization functions.

Operations/Scheduling

Crew Activity Note Category

A new Crew Activity category has been added for Note which can have it's own custom event types associated to it. These display on the crew schedules for visibility but do not cause alerts in trips when there is an overlap with a flight.

Flight Attendant Count Based Duty Limits

An additional selection has been added to the Duty Period setup in regulations to designate the number of Flight Attandants. This allows operators to support different max values based on the number of flight attendants on board.

Trip Alert/Messaging Improvements

In order to improve user flow and visibility to alerts and messages in trip, we have implemented a new sidebar on the trips page which shows icons for the alerts and messages. This ensures users can see if there are issues with a trip or initiate messages without having to scroll to the top of the page. There are real-time indicators on the alerts to show if there are violation or stop items without having to expand the section.

Scheduling Templates Data Points

Additional data points have been added to the Schedule Templates under System > Scheduling for flight legs (see below). In addition, a Visibility toggle was also added to the templates so users can share it with all users or custom groups/people.
  1. New
    1. Aircraft Tail Number
    2. Contract Name
    3. Leg Type
    4. Stop Type
    5. Fuel Out (from Flight Log)
    6. Fuel In (from Flight Log)
  2. Updates
    1. Repo Leg - When this is included in the template, it now shows the word Repo when it is a repo leg and blank when it is not
    2. Date/Time Separation - The previous templates allowed users to add departure and arrival date/time in UTC or Local. Additional options are now available to just add the date or the time.

Sales

Quote Fees Based on Homebase

When setting up Fee Rates, an additional Operator has been added to the Airport related conditions for Is Homebase and Is Not Homebase. This allows users to more efficiently setup fees that apply only when they are at homebase or away from home (ex. excluding overnights at homebase). This applies to Airport Code, Airport Country and Airport State.
